A global medical products company is seeking an experienced HR Project Manager to lead projects related to payroll management and process improvement. The ideal candidate will have a background in project management and expertise in payroll systems. Strong communication and analytical skills, along with a degree in business administration, are essential. This role is based in Deeside, UK and involves collaboration with various internal teams.
SRG are partnered with a global medical products and technologies company. Our client is focused on solutions for the management of chronic conditions, with leading positions in advanced wound care, ostomy care, continence care, and infusion care.
We are seeking a HR Project Manager to join their Deeside team.
Reporting to Senior Manager, HR PMO and will work closely with internal Payroll, HR Business Services and People Solutions Experience teams as and when required. The Project Manager will be responsible for leading the planning, driving the delivery of project execution across the organisation. This will also include system implementations, updates and process improvement initiatives. This role requires an understanding of payroll operations, project management methodologies and cross function collaboration to ensure timely and compliant project delivery.
