Specialist subcontractor is looking to recruit an accomplished Project Manager for Structural Alterations, Cut & Carve and Structural Rebuild projects in the City.

Must have structural alterations experience - ideally working for a specialist subcontractor.

Ideally an Engineering background.

Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities and excellent communication skills to effectively manage projects from inception to completion.

Responsibilities
  • Lead project planning sessions and define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure all aspects of the project are aligned.
  • Conduct requirements gathering sessions with stakeholders to capture essential project needs.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.
  • Utilise content management systems to manage project documentation effectively.
  • Monitor project progress and performance, implementing corrective actions as necessary.
  • Facilitate communication between team members and stakeholders to ensure clarity and alignment.
  • Apply data analysis skills to assess project risks and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage time effectively to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
Qualifications for a Project Manager
  • University - Bachelor's Degree / 3-4 Year Degree
  • Degree in Civil Engineering
  • Proven experience as a Project Manager in a relevant field.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
