Project Manager - EPC

Job Overview

We are a cleantech company entering an exciting phase of large-scale development and are seeking a skilled Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate multiple high-value projects from initial stages to completion. Your responsibilities will include collaborating with customers, project partners, grant bodies, suppliers, sub-contractors, and internal teams. The main goal of the role will be to manage the external EPC contract.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver projects on schedule, within budget, and to the agreed specifications.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact with customers.
  • Develop and monitor the project plan.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues.
  • Manage internal and external project reporting in line with governance and contractual requirements.
  • Protect the contracted project scope and manage scope variations with clients.
  • Coordinate sub-contractors and key suppliers.
  • Oversee the installation, commissioning, and testing of the company’s products.
About You

The ideal candidate will be driven, pragmatic, and capable of working independently.

  • Proven experience in project management, working on EPC contracts within the oil & gas space or cleantechnologies.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-facing experience.
  • Familiarity with manufacturing systems and processes.
  • Degree in Engineering (preferably Mechanical or Electrical) with solid project management skills.
