• To coordinate and provide support and information on the running of a safe and efficient operation, working within clear guidelines to help achieve the operational standards and defined outcomes for your responsibility area during shift in individual approach.
• To support shop floor team to deliver their results following the standards.
• Individual Management.

• Previous experience in a warehouse environment.
• All licenses and training required for operating on that site or area (i.e. LSHC requirements, sector or dangerous goods, etc).
• Good balance of results and respect approach.
• Ability to drive standards within the direct team.
