The role
As a Production Controller – Mechanical, you’ll have a role that’s out of the ordinary. Be part of a growing team at the heart of the UK’s Submarine maintenance programme. As demand increases, we’re expanding over the next five years, creating exciting opportunities for development, progression, and long-term careers in submarine delivery. This is your chance to contribute to critical defence work in a team committed to excellence and continuous growth.
Day-to-day, you’ll be accountable for planning and delivering mechanical work packages for the Astute-class Submarine Deep Maintenance Period (DMP), ensuring safe, compliant, and high-quality execution through effective coordination, scheduling, and issue resolution.
This role is full time, 35 hours per week and provides hybrid working arrangements.

Security Clearance
The successful candidate must be a sole UK national who is able to achieve and maintain Naval Nuclear Propulsion Information (NNPPI) security clearance for this role.
