A leading electronic engineering company is seeking a Managing Director - Sales UK to drive sales activities and develop market strategies. This home-based role requires a strong technical understanding, prior field sales experience, and proven leadership abilities. Ideal candidates will thrive in a dynamic environment and contribute to a high-performing team.
Lead sales activities to grow the business with existing customers, generate new customers, and manage channel partners in the UK. Additionally, actively participate in sales efforts.
Develop and implement a successful sales strategy for the UK by analyzing the market, competitors, trends, and innovations to evaluate access to new markets and new sales approaches to generate growth.
Develop, support, and motivate employees to foster a committed and high-performing team.
Structure and organize for growth in areas such as Regional Management, Key Account Management, Distribution, Inside Sales, and the generation of new accounts and business opportunities.
Take responsibility for P&L and cash flow to ensure the financial health of the company.
Cooperate with other Country Managers, Channel Manager and Global Key Account Managers as well as other “PULS Brand” companies such as Wiferion or Adel System.
Manage organizational topics such as HR, IT, and facilities in cooperation with the Operations Manager or HQ support.
