Job Title: Sales Director – Premium Packaging

Are you a senior sales leader with a passion for premium packaging and a proven ability to drive commercial growth?

We are working with an established cartons manufacturer that is investing heavily in the expansion of its luxury packaging division. They are seeking an experienced and strategically minded Sales Director to lead the development and execution of the commercial strategy within the luxury sector.

This high-impact role is about building and growing a premium client base across sectors such as cosmetics, spirits, fashion, and high-end FMCG. You will develop the sales strategy from the ground up, identify key market opportunities, open new doors, and forge long-term partnerships with luxury brands. Working closely with the production and design teams, you’ll deliver tailored, high-end cartonboard packaging solutions that meet the exacting standards of premium clients.

Responsibilities
  • Build and grow a premium client base across cosmetics, spirits, fashion, and high-end FMCG.
  • Develop the sales strategy from the ground up and identify key market opportunities.
  • Open new doors and forge long-term partnerships with luxury brands.
  • Collaborate with production and design teams to deliver tailored cartonboard packaging solutions meeting premium standards.
  • Report to the Managing Director and shape the division’s commercial direction.
  • Provide leadership as the team expands: hiring, mentoring, and motivating a sales function aligned with quality and innovation.
