What you\u2019ll be doing:
- Drive membership sales and retention across a range of health and wellbeing offerings
- Manage the full sales pipeline, including lead generation, tours, sign-ups, onboarding, renewals, and waitlists
- Analyse non-converted leads and share insights with marketing and senior teams
- Support the wider membership strategy across the estate
- Sell wellbeing retreats and support the Club Manager when needed including acting as the point of contact in their absence
- Lead a team of administrators to deliver a professional, customer-focused experience
- Conduct market and competitor research to stay ahead of trends
- Build long-term relationships with members to encourage recurring revenue and upselling
- Monitor member satisfaction and suggest improvements to enhance the membership experience
- Prepare team rotas and manage shift changes
- Represent the Health & Wellbeing team at events to build rapport and community
What you bring:
- Proven track record in sales, ideally within the wellbeing industry
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- A genuine passion for health, wellness, and customer service
- Confidence in building trust and rapport with members
- Ability to work to KPIs and meet deadlines
