A leading financial services company in London seeks an Operations & Commercial Director for Core Banking. This role involves strategic leadership to drive customer growth, operational excellence, and effective risk management. Operations & Commercial Director, Core Banking – London. We’re on a mission to make money work for everyone. We’re building simple, clear banking experiences for Monzo’s 12 million personal customers, including current accounts, joint accounts and U16s, with value propositions across everyday money management features and paid upgrades like Subscriptions.
We’re looking for an experienced, commercially-minded operator to join our Core Banking collective as a high-impact leader with ownership to drive growth from 12 million to 20+ million customers.
