A leading consultancy firm is seeking a Data Analyst in Nottingham to provide insights into business processes impacting policing and community safety. The role involves developing KPIs, analyzing data trends, and producing reports for stakeholders. Ideal candidates have a quantitative degree, advanced SQL, and Power BI skills, and experience in managing complex datasets. The salary range is £35,000 – £40,000 with a hybrid work pattern.

Role
To provide the company with insight into business processes and, more importantly, the impact of its flagship product on policing and safer neighbourhoods across the UK.
To identify, analyse, and present key trends, impacts, and outcomes using quantitative and qualitative data to drive efficiencies and good practice within the business and across the policing and broader public sector.
To maintain up-to-date knowledge of good practice, trends, and potential or active research projects that could present business opportunities to partner with like-minded organisations, such as the College of Policing, the Home Office, and individual police forces.
To analyse and present the findings from national surveys (circa 135,000 respondents across a significant question set) undertaken with members of the public who have signed up for the platform.
