Overview

You’ll join the collaborative change and transformation team playing a key role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions that enable the business to work smarter and achieve its growth ambitions. The team operate predominantly remotely, travelling to the different sites for workshops and meetings as and when appropriate - you must have a UK driving licence.

Responsibilities
  • Analyse and document workflows, highlighting areas for optimisation.
  • Translate business needs into functional and technical requirements.
  • Support or lead technology and process improvement projects.
  • Act as a bridge between departments and external partners, ensuring clarity in communication.
  • Drive adoption of new systems and processes, aligning them with strategic goals.
Qualifications and Experience

You’ll bring your experience as a Business Analyst, be confident in stakeholder engagement, process modelling, and using tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and ideally Power BI.

We really need you to have experience Worked on key projects affecting/benefitting finance and associated operational areas.

We’re particularly interested if you also have:

  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Dynamics 365, Business Central).
  • Relevant qualifications such as BCS International Diploma in Business Analysis, Agile BA, Agile PM, PRINCE2, or PMI-PBA.

Equally important are your personal qualities – strong communication, tenacity and resilience! Analytical skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively at all levels of the business.
