A recruitment agency is seeking a Business Analyst to join a change and transformation team. This role involves analysing workflows, translating business needs into requirements, and driving improvement projects. Ideal candidates will have experience with ERP systems and strong stakeholder engagement skills. You’ll join the collaborative change and transformation team playing a key role in understanding business needs, gathering requirements, and delivering solutions that enable the business to work smarter and achieve its growth ambitions. The team operate predominantly remotely, travelling to the different sites for workshops and meetings as and when appropriate - you must have a UK driving licence.
You’ll bring your experience as a Business Analyst, be confident in stakeholder engagement, process modelling, and using tools such as Microsoft Project, Visio, and ideally Power BI.
We really need you to have experience Worked on key projects affecting/benefitting finance and associated operational areas.
