K3546 - Flow Credit Analyst - Asset Finance

UK: South East England (Hybrid)

£45,000 – £55,000 + excellent bonus & benefits

New Leaf Search has partnered with an international bank-owned specialist financial services organisation in its search for a Flow Credit Analyst.

As a Credit Analyst, you will be responsible for delivering timely credit decisions within stated parameters and your own underwriting authority, while providing commercially balanced recommendations where applications sit above mandate.

Operating in the Flow deal area (ticket size up to £500k, average turnaround 4 hours), you’ll underwrite transactions across multiple business units, covering a range of hard and soft assets from Vendors, Suppliers, Dealers, and Brokers.

Key Accountabilities
  • Analyse financial, asset, market, legal, and contractual information

  • Prepare credit write-ups for own or senior decision-making

  • Collaborate with Sales teams to gather information and communicate decisions

  • Attend end-user meetings/calls to complete due diligence (as required)

  • Advise, prepare, and participate in local risk committees

  • Ensure regulatory compliance (e.g., KYC) and provide guidance to wider teams

Person Specification
  • Experience underwriting/analysing transactions across multiple sectors in banking or asset finance

  • Organised, structured, and comfortable working to short turnaround times

  • Strong communicator, able to present concise written and verbal recommendations

  • Problem-solving, task-focused, with ability to prioritise multiple requirements

  • Team player who contributes to the Risk function’s profile and culture

  • Flexible, approachable, and willing to “go the extra mile” when required

  • UK in-country experience essential
