This role involves maintaining operational standards, managing incidents, and providing technical support across multiple regions. This is a support manager role for the Spring by Citi platform – an end to end digital payments service supporting both B2C and B2B E-Commerce fund flows across 23+ markets in Asia, North America, Latin America and Europe, with robust reconciliation, funding and reporting capabilities. The platform currently has 75+ merchants.
Currently, six FTEs (AVP/Below) and 2 FPCs manage the day to day operations on this platform. The team is geographically spread in India, UK and the USA and has been running the operations for several years. The team gets involved in challenging initiatives for new customer onboarding, managing stakeholder expectations by collaborating with external vendors like Mastercard and Visa.
