Care and Support Worker (Weekend)
Job summary
A health and support services company in Woking is seeking a part-time Care and Support Worker for weekends. In this community-based role, you will provide essential care and support to individuals, assisting with their health and well-being needs. You will encourage clients to engage in activities that matter to them and help them maintain independence. Experience in support or healthcare is preferred.

- Good communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Flexibility to adapt to different client needs and situations.
Responsibilities
- Provide care and support to individuals, focusing on health and well-being.
- Encourage clients to engage in supportive activities and community involvement.
- Help clients explore options for independence and participation.

Job Title: Care and Support Worker (Part time) Weekend
- Provide care and support to individuals to support health and well-being, including companionship, home help or personal care tasks and activities which may have been caused by an operation, injury, mobility or memory issues, illness, or chronic conditions that make everyday chores more challenging.
- Support our clients to do more of what matters to them and encourage thinking about different ways they may want to be supported or make changes in their life, including self-care, technology, aids and adaptations, support from family, friends, being part of what is happening in the community, services and paid support.
- Support clients to think differently about how they are supported and to explore options that enable independence and participation in daily life.
Community based role, providing care in the community to individuals in the comfort of their own home or sheltered housing accommodation.
