- £12.71 per hour
- 30 or 40 hours per week on a rota

The Role: We provide individuals with practical and emotional care, enabling them to live as full a life as possible. You will work flexible shifts, including bank holidays, weekends, and potential sleep-ins.
Main Duties:
- Implement individual support plans and activities
- Maintain effective communication with service users, families, and colleagues
- Support service users with meals, laundry, cleaning, and social events
- Maintain accurate notes and records
- Work as part of a team to provide high-quality care
- Support young adults with learning disabilities, mental health issues, behavioural difficulties, autism, and physical disabilities
Personal Characteristics:
- Diploma in Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards one)
- Experience supporting adults with challenging behaviour, learning disabilities, or mental health needs
- Ability to stay calm under pressure
- Confidence to work independently or as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills
- Passion for working with vulnerable adults
- Commitment to safeguarding and high standards of care
