She has ADHD, Emotionally Unstable Personality Disorder, Mild Learning Disability, Schizoaffective Disorder, and sleep apnoea which means she needs to wear a mask at night. She requires regular observation throughout the night. We use Nourish and there is a quick tag that you will scan to log your checks. She requires some support with personal care, meal preparation, appropriate communication. She has a great sense of humour and likes to have fun. She also lacks capacity in some areas including food and meal planning and managing money, so she requires support with this.
