A leading renewable energy company in Hunton Bridge seeks an experienced Payroll Administrator to manage day-to-day payroll activities using Cloud Pay. You will ensure compliance with local legislation and support the employee experience through effective payroll delivery. Ideal candidates will have proven payroll experience and strong organizational skills, with opportunities for personal and professional growth available within this dynamic team.
Working closely with the Regional Payroll Manager, you will manage day-to-day payroll activities using Cloud Pay software, ensuring all processes meet internal standards and local legislative requirements.
In addition to supporting with payroll delivery, you'll be responsible for advising employees on best practice, and ensuring internal processes are followed.
You’ll play a key role in supporting the employee experience through timely and accurate payroll delivery and query management.
The ideal candidate will have substantial payroll experience combined with practical knowledge of working with payroll processes, systems, and compliance requirements.
