Role Description

This role encompasses providing IT system administration services for hardware, operating systems, and related systems software for relevant infrastructure across YBS.

Key Responsibilities (Up to 10)

• Provide 2nd and 3rd line support services on a 24 x 365 basis for elements of the associated technology stack across all development, testing and business critical production environments, including on call.
• Develop, maintain and provide IT capacity and performance management services across the associated technology stack.
• Installation, administration and support of all relevant systems.
• Provide appropriate consultancy services to other business users.
• Act as the primary point of reference / subject matter expert for several elements of the associated technology stack.
