Calling all Occupational Therapists! We’re thrilled to offer an exciting opportunity for an experienced Occupational Therapist to join the Social Services Learning Disabilities and Physical Disabilities Team in Harrow, UK.

This full-time locum position is ongoing and provides the chance to make a real and lasting impact in the lives of both adults and children with learning and physical disabilities. • Provide specialist occupational therapy support for adults and children with physical and learning disabilities.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop, review, and monitor individualised care plans.
• Deliver preventative interventions focused on promoting independence and improving quality of life.
• Recommend, prescribe, and implement equipment and home adaptations to support independent living.
• Offer expert advice and training on moving and handling techniques.
• Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams, including social workers, nurses, and physiotherapists.
• Monitor client progress, reviewing and adjusting care plans in line with evolving needs.

• HCPC Registration as an Occupational Therapist.
• Minimum 2 years’ experience working with adults and/or children with learning and physical disabilities.
• Strong assessment and intervention skills with a focus on independence and inclusion.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• A full UK driving licence is desirable but not essential.
