Hours: Full Time / Part Time, with flexible scheduling

This role offers the flexibility to work full-time or part-time, with options to structure your week around a four-day schedule while attending monthly team meetings on Tuesdays and adoption panels primarily on Fridays (and once a month on Wednesdays). Assess prospective adopters and facilitate the adoption process to ensure children are placed in safe and supportive homes

Provide guidance and support to adoptive families, helping them navigate the transition successfully
Advocate for children’s needs and rights, ensuring their voices are central to decision-making
