Salary: £75,000 - £100,000 basic | £150,000 - £200,000 OTE
Hours: Monday - Friday, 8:30 AM - 6:30 PM

The Role
We are seeking a driven, commercial, and results-focused Sales Manager to lead our Event Bookings Department.
This is a B2B sales leadership role, where your team of Business Development Managers (BDMs) will be engaging with owners and decision-makers of trades businesses (plumbing, heating, electrical, construction, building etc.) to secure their attendance at our £97 Discovery Day events.
The role is about high energy, high accountability, and performance culture. You'll be responsible for ensuring we consistently hit our booking target of 400 attendees per month across 12 events. You will also work closely with our marketing department to align campaigns, optimise lead flow, and maximise conversions.
