You will be responsible for managing, retaining, and growing recurring revenue across an assigned portfolio of existing Causeway customers. Your success will be measured on two fronts: protecting existing revenue by ensuring customer satisfaction and renewal (Gross Revenue Retention) and driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) uplift through identifying and delivering up-sell opportunities. You will collaborate closely with teams across the business to ensure customers continue to gain value from our solutions and to unlock new growth from within your account base.
