- Preferred two years’ experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
- Preferred two years of experience supervising and managing employees.

- Proficient in MS Office programs.
- Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.
Responsibilities
- Oversee all Health Service programs in assigned communities.
- Support communities to meet Oakmont standards of care.
- Provide clinical consultation on complex care plans.
- Audit Health Service performance using key metrics.
