Qualifications

• Must hold a valid CA LVN license in good standing.
• Preferred two years’ experience working in Residential Care Facility for the Elderly (RCFE).
• Preferred two years of experience supervising and managing employees.
• Ability to effectively teach/train staff.
• Proficient in MS Office programs.
• Must pass a Criminal Background check and Health Screening tests.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all Health Service programs in assigned communities.
• Support communities to meet Oakmont standards of care.
• Provide clinical consultation on complex care plans.
• Audit Health Service performance using key metrics.

Skills

Valid CA nursing license

Two years' experience in RCFE

Supervisory and management experience

Teaching and training skills

Proficiency in MS Office

Ability to pass background check
