A customer service company is hiring motivated individuals to join their on-site customer service team in Lisbon. In this role, you will assist customers via phone, email, and chat in French, resolving inquiries with professionalism and empathy. Candidates should possess strong communication skills and a willingness to work Monday to Saturday. In this role you will support customers and help deliver high-quality service in a dynamic and international environment.
- Assist customers via phone email and chat in French
- Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
- Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions
- Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience
- French: C2
- English: B2
- Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
- 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
- Days off: Sunday 1 rotational day per week
- Welcome Bonus: 3000
- Relocation Package (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):
- Flight reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months of employment (economy class)
- Room in a shared apartment (maximum 12 months) rent 280/month all bills included directly deducted from salary
- Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
- Transport Allowance: 20 per month
- Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (with a monthly contribution); becomes free after 6 months of contract
