Your Responsibilities

• Assist high-level clients across multiple channels (chat, Johnson email, phone).
• Support and expand the self‑serve advertising base for digital marketing users.
• Provide pre‑ and post‑sales assistance for online advertising tools.
• Help troubleshoot technical issues, bugs and ad delivery errors.
• Communicate proactively with clients and offer solutions to improve campaign performance.
• Share customer insights and feedback with internal teams.
• Manage multiple tasks efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

• C2‑level French (spoken and written).
• English B2
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• EU work permit
or Portuguese residency authorisation.
