Job summary
A global shipping and logistics leader is looking for a Compliance & Speak Up Analyst to manage a whistleblowing system, handle investigations, and foster an ethical culture within the organization. This role requires 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance-related fields and a strong educational background in risk management or law. The ideal candidate possesses excellent writing skills, strong attention to detail, and a proactive approach to process improvements. Located in Paris or Marseille, the position offers a chance to join a pioneering team committed to ethical standards and sustainability.
Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of experience in compliance or risk management.
- Experience in audit firms or compliance consulting firms.
- Experience in internal control or risk management functions.
Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the whistleblowing system.
- Coordinate investigations and monitor corrective actions.
- Prepare analytical reports and dashboards for the Executive Committee.
- Foster a Speak Up culture within the organization.
