Qualifications

• 4+ years experience in a similar role or in an Accounting firm.
• Proven experience with French GAAP.
• Experience in IFRS and consolidated reporting is a plus.

Responsabilités

• Prepare statutory and consolidated GL accounts under French GAAP and IFRS.
• Coordinate the accounting and month-end closing process.
• Ensure accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting.
• Drive reporting process improvements through automation.
• Own the Procure to Pay process.
• Participate in annual and interim audits.

As an Accounting Manager, you’ll be responsible for ensuring the accurate and timely processing of financial transactions, effective reconciliation of accounts and seamless Procure to Pay process.

This role is critical in maintaining financial accuracy and compliance with applicable laws and regulations.

• Preparing statutory and consolidated GL accounts in Oracle NetSuite under French GAAP (PCG) and IFRS
• Coordinating the accounting and month-end closing process (accounting for Spanish and Portuguese entities is externalized)
• Ensuring accurate and timely closing of the books for monthly and annual reporting
• Driving reporting process improvements through automation and controls
• Own the Procure to Pay process
• Participating in annual and interim audits
• Delivering advice on accounting and reporting issues
