Your Responsibilities

• Assist customers via phone email and chat in French
• Handle inquiries with professionalism and empathy
• Resolve issues and guide users with provided solutions
• Work with internal teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

Language Requirements

• French: C2
• English: B2

Work Schedule

• Monday to Saturday (including bank holidays)
• 08:00 AM 06:00 PM (Portuguese time)
• Days off: Sunday 1 rotational day per week

What We Offer

• Relocation Package (for candidates moving from outside Portugal):
  • Flight reimbursement up to 400 after 6 months of employment (economy class)
  • Room in a shared apartment (maximum 12 months) rent 280/month all bills included directly deducted from salary
• Meal Allowance: 7.23 per working day
• Transport Allowance: 20 per month
• Health Insurance: Available from day 1 (with a monthly contribution); becomes free after 6 months of contract
