We are looking for a highly driven, organized, and autonomous Sales Development Representative to fuel BigHub’s growth.
This role is heavily focused on active prospecting and outbound sales, targeting e-commerce sellers who want to scale their sales across European marketplaces and improve their cash flow through faster payouts.
You will manage short sales cycles, sell subscription-based solutions adapted to client sales volume, and handle the full commercial process from first contact to go-live, working closely with the Onboarding Leader.
- This is a 100% onsite position based in Paris (18ème).
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Prospecting
- Actively prospect and qualify new clients through outbound channels (cold calling, email, LinkedIn, databases, sales tools).
- Target e-commerce sellers and marketplace vendors seeking:
- Sales growth through multi-marketplace distribution
- Cashflow optimization and daily payouts
- Identify decision-makers and build strong relationships with founders, CEOs, and e-commerce managers.
- Manage short and efficient sales cycles, selling subscriptions based on client sales volume.
Sales Process Ownership
- Conduct cold calls, discovery meetings, product demos, objection handling, and deal closing.
- Manage client questions related to pricing, onboarding, cashflow solutions, and operational setup.
- Own your pipeline end-to-end: from lead to signed contract.
Onboarding & Go-Live
- Coordinate contract signature and commercial validation.
- Work closely with the Onboarding Leader to ensure smooth client onboarding until the account is live.
- Follow up with clients post-signature to ensure activation and satisfaction.
Tools & Organization
- Use CRM and prospecting tools to track activities, pipeline, and performance.
- Maintain a well-organized client portfolio with strong follow-up discipline.
- Be fully autonomous in managing prospects, leads, and active deals.
Sales Enablement
- Prepare and improve sales materials, pitch decks, and demo content.
- Contribute to self-help and sales documentation to improve conversion and onboarding efficiency.
- Share market feedback and client insights with management and product teams.
Profile & Experience
- Proven experience in B2B sales, SDR, BDR, or Account Executive roles.
- Strong background in:
- Outbound sales
- Cold calling
- Short sales cycles
- Subscription-based or SaaS-like models
- Experience selling to e-commerce sellers, marketplace vendors, fintech, or cashflow-related solutions is a strong plus.
- Highly organized, self-managed, and results-oriented.
- Comfortable working with targets, pipelines, and performance metrics.
