This is a part time / contract based position, carried out from our offices in Dubaï, Lisbon or from the comfort of your couch. French and English fluency is required.

As our Personal Brand Ambassador, you will become the storyteller‑in‑chief for Paradox — elevating our voice, growing an audience of raving fans, and expanding our impact through personal brand content that matters. You’ll be the creative engine behind short‑form videos that feel native, not corporate — real and impossible to ignore. This is a role for a builder: a digital storyteller, a camera‑facing content machine with a creative eye, and a social‑first brain focused on what actually works online. Our sources of inspiration include Apple, Nike, Spotify, and Disney for their obsession with excellence and crafting experiences.

1. CREATE MAGNETIC PERSONAL BRAND CONTENT
   • Build a full content pipeline (from ideation to publication) for Instagram Reels, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, and other platforms
   • Turn thoughts and ideas into clear, impactful posts (written, video, visual)
   • Develop recurring formats that build familiarity and scale
   • Craft content that educates, provokes, entertains — and always aligns with our values and voice
   • Develop your own on‑camera presence — charismatic, confident, and true to our brand personality
2. ANALYSE & OPTIMIZE WHAT WORKS
   • Review performance data weekly — iterate & build on content that resonates, converts, and drives real engagement
   • Use insights to adapt content strategy in real time
   • Track key metrics around visibility, reach, and influence — KPIs are audience growth, engagement, and credibility
   • Design and implement forward‑thinking content strategies, considering growth factors and trends
   • Stay up to date with news and trends to maintain resonance with the audience
3. BUILD & NURTURE OUR COMMUNITY
   • Engage with followers directly — responding to comments, joining conversations, shaping culture
   • Source compelling testimonials and stories from the audience to feature in content
   • Identify strategic voices to collaborate with — guests, co‑creators, ambassadors
   • Become a trusted, authentic presence in spaces where our audience lives and grows

• You’re obsessed with social media — study it, break it down, and reverse‑engineer virality.
• You’re magnetic on camera and comfortable trying bold ideas while understanding storytelling and editing.
• You can write, riff, and repurpose — turning one idea into ten formats; your scripts are sharp and captions compelling.
• You work fast, create and test in a feedback‑rich environment, and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• You understand brand power and know how to build a human, smart, modern presence.
• You’ve been a solo content creator or built someone else’s online presence before.
• You’re fluent in TikTok, IG Reels, YouTube Shorts — not just as a user, but as a creator.
• You’ve created content that performed — share your hits and misses.
• You’re part creator, part strategist, and part brand whisperer.
