Join our Team:
We are looking for a talented Design Manager to join our growing Design team at our Tefal site in Rumilly (Haute-Savoie).
As a Design Manager, you will ensure the consistency and quality of design and experience across products and be a key player in creating coherent, strong, world-class brands aligned with the Groupe's strategy.
You will manage the creative direction of assigned projects by inspiring teams and overseeing design and project activities throughout the project scope.
You will support design activities from concept ideation to product implementation, guiding the development of basic design ideas and concepts to complete design solutions. You will be responsible for your project tasks and a range of cross-functional assignments.
You will contribute to various project types (Innovation, Time to Market, Design to Cost). Your work will span from exploratory phases to final delivery.
