YOUR MISSIONS :

Mission 1 : Finance Project Manager - October to September (Ecully - Lyon, France)

Committed to ESG principles, we aim to make a positive societal and environmental impact while ensuring long-term stakeholder value.

Based at our Headquarters, you will report to the VP, Finance Product & Innovation, collaborating with Business Units, Finance Transformation, and Sustainable Development teams.

Supporting our ESG roadmap, your responsibilities include:

• Developing and implementing ESG reporting frameworks aligned with industry standards and Groupe ESG roadmap.
• Collaborating with teams to identify relevant ESG metrics and KPIs.
• Establishing data collection processes for ESG information.
• Analyzing ESG data to monitor performance and identify improvement areas.
• Preparing ESG reports and presentations for stakeholders.

This role allows you to leverage your technical, analytical, and financial skills to support organizational transformation.

Mission 2 : Industrial Controller - October to March (Americas or Western Europe)

Building on your initial experience, you will develop your skills at one of our production sites, with location based on strategic needs.

Reporting to the Controlling Manager, you will analyze performance to ensure accurate and timely reporting, providing relevant insights for decision-makers.

Main tasks include:

• Ensuring management data accuracy (plans, budgets, achievements).
• Monitoring industrial performance daily.
• Providing operational teams with relevant analyses.

Mission 3 : Business Analyst - April to September (Western Europe, Americas, or Asia)

This final 6-month assignment offers a valuable opportunity to consolidate your skills and gain a comprehensive view of Finance roles across the company.

As a Business Analyst, you will support market operations through sales and margin analysis, resource allocation, and OPEX management, collaborating closely with Sales and Marketing teams.

MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS :

• Graduated with a Master’s degree in Finance from a Business School or equivalent.
• No more than 2 years of professional experience (excluding internships and apprenticeships).
• Experience studying or working abroad.
• Willingness to be mobile internationally.
• Fluent in French and English; additional languages are a plus for assignments outside France.
• Autonomy, proactivity, and ability to work across functions are essential strengths.
• Capacity to operate effectively in diverse cultural environments.
