Your Role
We are looking for our future Head of Professional Services to lead our Services organization and support our international growth.
In this strategic role, you will be responsible for client delivery, financial performance, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
Your Core Missions
Leadership & Management d'équipe
Manage, coach, and develop a multidisciplinary team of project managers, functional and technical consultants;
Foster a culture of high performance, client focus, and continuous improvement;
Build a strong sense of ownership and team cohesion in a growing organization.
Operational Excellence & Client Satisfaction
Ensure high-quality project delivery: on time, on budget, on scope – with strong client satisfaction;
Implement robust project governance (regular reviews, risk management, reporting);
Drive excellence in execution while adapting to the client’s context and business need.
Financial Management
Own the P&L of the Professional Services Business Unit;
Ensure profitability across all engagements and optimize team workload and utilization;
Track and analyze key metrics: utilization rate, gross margin, services-related recurring revenue.
Services Offer Strategy
Define and evolve our portfolio of services (implementation, consulting, training, advanced support);
Stay ahead of market trends (HR Tech, AI, skills, performance management) to shape relevant offerings;
Partner with Product to bring feedback from the field into strategic product evolution.
Tools, Methods & Process Structuring
Optimize internal processes and tools (Jira, Confluence, templates, playbooks, delivery frameworks);
Promote a strong culture of standardization, continuous learning, and knowledge sharing.
Strategic Sales Contribution
Work closely with Sales & Marketing teams on RFPs and strategic proposals;
Actively contribute to complex sales cycles (demos, scoping workshops, value alignment).
