A prestigious hotel chain is seeking a dedicated Reservations Agent to join their team in Issy-les-Moulineaux, France. As the first point of contact for guests, you will handle inquiries, manage reservations, and provide exceptional service. The ideal candidate will have outstanding guest services skills, strong communication abilities, and experience with hotel reservation systems. This role is crucial for creating unforgettable experiences for guests and requires proficiency in English; Arabic is a plus.
Qualificações
- Previous customer related experience an asset.
- Perfect use of English; command of Arabic considered an important asset.
Responsabilidades
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and in-person inquiries.
- Manage reservations for accommodations, dining, and special events.
- Provide comprehensive information about our facilities, services, and local attractions.
- Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer personalized recommendations.
- Collaborate with various departments to fulfill guest requests.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property offerings and local events.
- Uphold the highest standards of customer service excellence.
