We are looking for an enthusiastic and skilled Technical Program Manager - Ground Infrastructure to join our team and play a critical role in the successful deployment of on-ground infrastructure for our GEO and LEO satellite networks. In this position, you’ll work closely with technical experts, buyers, legal teams, and vendors, contributing directly to our ongoing projects and initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to make a significant impact within an organization that values growth, teamwork, and professional development.

You are an experienced Program Manager with a background in telecommunications and procurement, passionate about delivering high-impact projects. You are:

• Organized and structured in your activities, with the flexibility to adapt to changes.

• Proactive and ready to take initiative in a dynamic industry.
• Willing to travel as needed for project implementation.

As part of the Engineering department, you will:

• Lead Project Management: Organize and coordinate activities to successfully deploy on-ground infrastructure for GEO and LEO networks, including hardware and software for RF, baseband, network, and mission control segments.
• Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with Purchasing, Legal, and technical experts in Engineering and Operations to manage procurement processes and supplier selection.

To thrive in this role, you’ll need:

• A Master’s degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Networks, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• Experience in telecommunications and satellite telecommunications, with a strong understanding of satellite ground infrastructure.
• Proven experience in Project Management, particularly in procurement, risk management, and reporting.
• Hands-on experience with RFP/RFI/RFQ processes and other supplier selection methods.
• Strong skills in contract management, ensuring optimal performance while mitigating risks.
• A collaborative nature and the ability to communicate across multiple stakeholder levels and work across organizational boundaries.
• Fluency in English (both written and oral). Knowledge of French or any other languages is a plus.
