We are hiring on behalf of our partner in the technology sector and are looking for a Transformation Officer to take on the following responsibilities:

• Strategic Thinking & Planning - Ability to define and execute transformation strategies aligned with business goals.
• Change Management - Strong skills in driving organizational change, handling resistance, and fostering adaptability.
• Project Management - Experience in overseeing transformation projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
• Business Acumen - Deep understanding of business processes, challenges, and industry best practices.
• Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills - Ability to assess current processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement improvements.
• Stakeholder Engagement - Strong communication and collaboration skills to align teams and senior leadership on transformation initiatives.
• Innovation & Continuous Improvement - Ability to drive innovation, adopt best practices, and encourage a forward-thinking culture.
• Results-Orientation - Focus on achieving measurable transformation outcomes through KPIs and performance tracking.
• Leadership & Influence - Ability to lead and motivate cross‑functional teams, fostering alignment across departments.

• High-Level Strategic Leadership - Ability to define and oversee the overall transformation vision at an enterprise level.
• Large-Scale Project Management - Experience in managing complex, high-impact transformation projects.
• Senior Stakeholder Management - Engaging executive leadership and external partners to drive organizational transformation.
• Performance Measurement & Reporting - Strong KPI monitoring and reporting to assess transformation success.

• Languages: Fluent French is mandatory; technical English is a plus.

• Autonomy, rigor, analytical skills, and strong interpersonal abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar role is required.
