About The Role
  • Responsible for the entire life cycle management of big events, from the signing of the commercial contract by the sales and legal team until the event's final closing.
  • Main point of contact between all stakeholders, including the event organizer and internal teams.
  • Owns the whole process while working as part of a team; manages other departments' tasks to make things happen on time and in form.
  • Communicates product and process needs to HQ; works with product and engineering to deliver on them, consolidating and prioritizing requirements with the product team.
  • Creates and maintains exhaustive Q&A to support the user support team with potential user incidences.
  • Ensures all documentation required to achieve project goals is available.
  • May need on‑site presence during the launch or other important dates, depending on the event.
About You
  • Degree‑qualified with a project‑management background; thrives in a fast‑paced environment and prides yourself on being flexible, detail‑oriented, analytical, and organized.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset; comfortable coordinating other departments to ensure timely delivery of requirements in an ambiguous environment.
  • Minimum 3 years in a project‑management or consulting role. Event experience is a plus but not mandatory.
  • Fluent in English and French; other languages are a plus.
  • Strong appetite for learning and ability to pick up new skills quickly; analytical, relationship‑management, and organizational skills.
  • Solution‑focused, identifies problem areas and creates plans to resolve them.
  • Excellent communication skills and proven track record of building positive working relationships.
  • Highly organized, efficient, curious, and keen to push boundaries and try new concepts.
  • Able to communicate with event partners, brands, agencies, and talent.
  • Strategic thinker when faced with an event partnership brief or proprietary data on event performance.
  • Can handle large amounts of work and parallel work‑streams.
  • Collaborative and willing to get hands dirty and work on all required event tasks.
  • Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus.
  • Strong academic background is a plus.
