Job summary
A global diagnostics leader based in Grenoble is looking for a Labor Relations Manager – Legal Counsel to manage labor relations, provide legal support for HR teams, and lead negotiations with employee representatives. The ideal candidate will possess a Master's degree in Labor Law and have 5+ years of experience in labor law, preferably in industrial settings. Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in labor law, ideally in an industrial and international environment.
- Fluent in French and professional level in English.
Responsibilities
- Provide legal support on labor relations and employment law.
- Prepare negotiations with labor unions and monitor collective agreements.
- Assist managers with individual issues like disciplinary actions and litigation.
- Keep up to date with labor law legislative developments.
- Contribute to HR development and transformation projects.
