Job Title: Global Serialization Business Owner

Location: Barcelona (Hybrid)

Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity to join as Global Serialization Business Owner.

In this role, you will implement logistics plans, processes and policies supporting the functions of materials and finished goods storage and movement.

Key Responsibilities

• Owns and manages all business processes related to serialization at global level.
• Ensures that all necessary business procedures and instructions are set up, updated and followed under global & local entities.
• Provides guidance on serialization best practices to global & local entities.
• Ensures that serialization/traceability needs are well taken by organization across functions.
• Brings regulatory or traceability requirements into 'business needs' to properly set-up of projects and system evolution.
• Proposes & leverages processes and systems to bring an additional value to business (anti-counterfeiting, parallel import..).
• Conduct audits at local entities to ensure serialization is properly embedded and managed under relevant business processes.
• Ensures that the corporate serialization system and its operation are in compliance with regulations and fit company business needs and procedures.
• Ensures that all users using the system are qualified and trained based on their assigned responsibilities.
• Monitors proper business use of the system through relevant KPIs and reports.
• Manages global master data creation in serialization systems where applicable.

Skills & Qualifications

• Up to 5 years’ experience in the pharmaceutical industry with at least 1-2 years in serialization.
• GS1 expertise and working knowledge of GxP environment.
• Strong project management skills.
• Experience in SAP ATTP (Advanced Track and Trace for Pharmaceuticals), Trace Link, etc.
• Experience with Computer Systems Validation (CSV).
• Strong communication, collaboration, and team-building skills, ability to connect with all levels of the organization.
• Very good oral and written English skills as well as communication and reporting skills.
• Willingness to travel at least 20% of the time.
• Ability to work in a multinational environment.
