As an early hire, you have the unique opportunity to shape the future of banking and stablecoin adoption. We are building a platform that enables banks to natively support stablecoins with built-in compliance, observability, and safety.

Our platform is designed to unlock fast, compliant, and programmable money movement. Regulatory changes and growth in stablecoin use cases are opening the door for banks to engage directly with stablecoins.

We need a Head of Bank Strategy & Partnerships to build and execute our strategy for engaging with banks. You will work closely with the product and engineering team to accelerate product development, integration with banks, and successful launches.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience at a mid-to-senior role in a fintech or BaaS-friendly bank, with demonstrated understanding of banking operations and decision making
• Familiarity with banking regulation including BSA / AML, asset / liability management, and liquidity
• Strong relationship-building skills with the ability to influence senior leaders as a trusted advisor
• Comfortable with ambiguity and excited by early-stage execution
• Experience working remote including strong communication skills and an understanding of building remote-first culture
