We are currently seeking an experienced HR Business Partner EMEA (m/f/d) to join our HR EMEA Team. In this role, you will support the local HR community by translating business goals into HR priorities. You will leverage your business acumen to collaborate with our HR Centers of Excellence (COEs) to develop and implement effective people strategies within the business units under your scope. Additionally, you will manage operational HR tasks for a small group of employees and act as the HR Business Partner for their management team.
The position will ideally be located at our headquarters in Munich.
What you will do
You will act as the first interface between Regional HR and the local HR community for strategic topics, rolling out HR initiatives and collecting input from them.
You will provide consulting and help for employees and managers in all personnel-related matters throughout the entire employee life cycle incl. maintenance of the HR system (Workday).
You will prepare employment contracts and amendments, expatriate assignments, statistics, certificates, and other relevant HR documentation.
You will assist in the management of applicants and international recruitment: preparation of job descriptions, posting of job advertisements, applicant selection, conducting job interviews.
You will prepare and assist performance management reviews incl. succession planning, 360°-degree feedback, talent calibration, etc.
You will ensure national and international legal compliance throughout human resource management.
You will prepare evaluations, reports, national and international HR policies and guidelines.
What you’ll need to succeed
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 5 years of experience in an HR Manager / Generalist role in an international matrix structure, preferably in a high-growth, constantly changing environment.
In-depth knowledge of German labor and social security law.
Experience in recruiting technical positions (engineers, project developers, etc.), and knowledge of the renewable energy sector is a benefit.
Strong affinity for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Xing, Facebook, Twitter) and familiarity with HR digitalization tools and, ideally, previous experience with Workday.
Ability to manage and interact with relevant stakeholders.
Self-managed, reliable, and structured way of working.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in both English and German.
