System Administrator (m/f/d)

YOUR TASKS

1. Installation and administration of Microsoft server and client systems as well as the network infrastructure (security, firewall, VPN, GPOs)
2. Installation and administration of thin clients
3. Standard system tools LINUX SLES/Debian (Cups, Samba...)
4. 1st and 2nd level support for our users via remote maintenance, e-mail, telephone and on site
5. Assistance with 3rd level support
6. Setup and configuration of workstation systems for our employees
7. Ensuring the system availability of the entire IT infrastructure
8. Further development of the existing IT systems
9. Monitoring of systems and applications
10. Root cause analysis and troubleshooting of support requests relating to internal IT
11. Working with external IT service providers and planning and implementing IT projects
12. Creation and maintenance of documentation
13. Inventory and documentation of IT-relevant systems
14. Support for digital picking systems, telephone system, cell phones, printers, WLAN infrastructure
15. Ensuring data backups in virtual environments (VEEAM)

YOUR PROFILE

1. You have successfully completed vocational training as an IT specialist in system integration or as an IT systems electronics technician or a comparable qualification
2. You have in-depth knowledge of Microsoft client-server operating systems, Active Directory and Exchange as well as the administration of IP-based networks (switching, routing, firewall, VPN, network security)
3. Experience in the areas of server virtualization (VMWare) and Exchange as well as good LINUX knowledge would be an advantage
4. You are used to working independently, enjoy working in a team, are flexible and open to new challenges
