Here is what you´ll enjoy doing:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive global marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, product demand, and sales growth.
• Define and manage the brands’ voices, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels.
• Create and execute marketing campaigns that emphasize both the product quality and the social impact of our brands.
• Lead the content creation for digital, print, and social media, focusing on storytelling that resonates with target consumers.
• Inspire and mentor a cross-functional and cross-markets marketing team that shows high levels of engagement and productivity, which is then reflected in employee satisfaction scores, and development of talent.
• Ensure effective partnerships with sales, product development, finance, and customer service departments to innovate and refine product offerings based on market feedback.
• Provide leadership in external communications, including press releases, media appearances, and public relations efforts.
• Monitor and report on the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, using analytics to refine and optimize future efforts.

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (Master's degree is a plus).
• 8+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in FMCG or beverage industries.
• Proven track record in developing and executing successful global marketing campaigns.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media, and e-commerce.
• Experience with sales strategies and distribution in both domestic and international markets.
• Passion for sustainability, ethical sourcing, and socially responsible business practices.
• Exceptional communication, people leadership, and project management skills.
• Fluency in German and English is a must.
