Für die Position des Senior Schadenspezialist (w/m/d) im Bereich Sachschaden suchen wir zum nächstmöglichen Zeitpunkt einen neuen Kollegen (m/w/d) zur Verstärkung unseres Teams an den Standorten Heilbronn, Frankfurt a.M., München oder Hamburg.

Was Sie erwartet:

• Eigenständige und proaktive Bearbeitung von Major Loss und Complex-Schäden innerhalb der zugewiesenen Vollmachten, auch mit internationalem Bezug.
• Bestimmung der Deckung, Steuerung der Ermittlungen sowie Analyse des Schadenumfanges.
• Eigenständige und proaktive Ermittlung von Sachverhalten zur Bewertung des Schadenfalls durch aktive Kontaktaufnahme mit Maklern/ Versicherungsnehmern sowie auch Sachverständigen/Rechtsanwälten/Behörden und internen wie externen Ermittlern.
• Eigenständige Planung, Organisation und Durchführung von Regulierungskommissionen, sowie Teilnahme an solchen in Beteiligungsfällen.
• Eigenständige Planung und Organisation von Sachverständigenverfahren.
• Teilnahme an Vorort-Besichtigungen und Gesprächsrunden mit den Beteiligten, insbesondere in Major Loss Fällen.
• Sicherstellung einer sorgfältigen Bewertung und Bildung von risikogerechten Rückstellungen unter Einhaltung der geltenden Best Practices.
• Sicherstellung eines durchgehend hohen Standards beim Kundenservice.
• Einhalten der Best Practices und spartenspezifischen Vorgaben für die Schadenbearbeitung unter Einbindung von Kennzahlen in der Tagesarbeit.
• Kommunikation mit internen Stakeholdern.
• Frühzeitige Information an die Teamleitung bei Schäden über einer bestimmten Schadenhöhe hinsichtlich eingegangener Meldung/Reserveänderungen/Zahlungen.
• Mitwirkung bei der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung bestehender Arbeitsprozesse.

Was Sie mitbringen:

• Abgeschlossenes Studium der Rechtswissenschaften, Ingenieurwissenschaften, Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine Ausbildung zum Kaufmann/-frau für Versicherungen oder Versicherungsfachwirt mit langjähriger einschlägiger Berufserfahrung.
• Sehr gute Kommunikationsfähigkeit in Deutsch und Englisch, sowohl schriftlich als auch mündlich.
• Fundierte Kenntnisse zu fachlichen Inhalten der Schadensregulierung in der Sparte Sachschaden.
• Langjährige Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Versicherungsfällen im Bereich Hausrat, Wohngebäude, SME, Betriebsunterbrechung und insbesondere Commercial Property sowie Erfahrung in der Bearbeitung von Rechtsstreitigkeiten.
• Sicherer Umgang mit Versicherungsbedingungen, der es ermöglicht, den Versicherungsschutz umfassend zu bewerten.
• Strukturiertes Arbeiten, Zeitmanagement und die Fähigkeit, Arbeitsbelastungen zu steuern und zu priorisieren
• Fundierte Kenntnisse der rechtlichen und regulatorischen sowie verfahrensbezogenen und prozesstechnischen Anforderungen in der Sparte Sach.
• Erfahrung mit der effektiven Nachverfolgung von Ergebnissen von fachlichen Schaden-Audits und kontinuierliche Verbesserung der Schadensbearbeitung.
