Join us as Software Development Engineer in Testing - SDET (m/f/d) on this exciting journey and experience the fascination of Riedel Communications in action at our location in Wuppertal or Berlin.

• You will be responsible for the creation of automated tests for different RIEDEL products.
• Your tasks will entail independent conceptual design, implementation and documentation of automated tests and necessary software components.
• You will be co-designing the framework's software architecture, taking future-oriented technologies into account.
• You will be participating in concept definition and setup of new test infrastructure.
• You will be in touch with the other internal departments and independently execute test runs and report and analyze findings.

• A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or relevant industry experience.
• Proficient programming skills and experience in software development, ideally with Java or Kotlin and a basic understanding of clean code principles.
• Experienced with design patterns in software engineering and professional software versioning (Git, Bitbucket).
• Ideally experienced in working with frameworks and tools like TestNG, Kotest, Playwright.
• While our day-to-day communication within the team is in German, you will need solid English skills for documentation and collaboration with international colleagues.
