Your responsibilities will include
  • Define projects; requirements gathering, write detailed project / business cases, coordinate efforts to scope, schedule and deploy programs together with the business and customer
  • Work closely with Technology manager and business development managers to define the roadmap for key projects that contribute to growth of the sector specific design-build / SI projects
  • Lead programs through transition from ideation to execution and represent Neways in customer discussions
  • Research to better define the opportunity and understand customer requirements and lead the business case from initiation till scale production
  • Develop stakeholder communication and strong E2E collaboration with stakeholders and leadership
  • Collaborate with technical development teams to build new propositions, features and programs
  • Work on programs that are mission critical to the company
  • Engage with projects and working in natural teams to align on phases, cost and objectives to ultimately deliver
Your profile and DNA

Passionate professional who maintain a curiosity to learn strong technical acumen. Can engage in program excellence and have the technical ability to understand customer needs together with the team, support innovative solutions to build a strong value proposition to our customers.

  • Minimum master degree from a technical university and preferably IPMA certified
  • Strong ‘can do’ mindset and customer focus
  • Min 10 years of experience in a high tech B2B Industry specific in the field of the related sector (Semicon, Smart Mobility or Connectivity) including technical project or program management experience
  • Experience with supporting technical decisions with our customers within a nature team, including collaborating closely with technology managers and business developers
  • A demonstrated ability to think broadly and strategically on the direction of electronic-based solutions and make recommendations with fact-based discussions and presentations
  • Experience and ability to understand multiple technologies and how they interact for the benefit of customers
  • Strong analytical and results-oriented and skilled at stakeholder management
  • Willingness to travel ( up to 50% working time ) and self-motivated to work independently in a virtual world
