Your Mission : We are looking for a motivated, strategically minded Loyalty Program Manager to drive the vision, strategy, and roadmap of our P&C loyalty program. In this role, you will shape, implement, and manage the program to enhance customer retention, engagement, and lifetime value. Acting as the key link between customers, stakeholders, data, and tech teams, you will ensure that business objectives and customer expectations remain perfectly aligned.
Program Strategy and Redesign : You will lead the redesign and positioning of our loyalty program, transforming it into a truly customer‑centric experience. Define key elements such as offers, benefits, mechanisms, digital strategy, branding, and communication. Develop the business case, financial model, and KPIs aligned with the overall company strategy.
Digital Program Development : You will drive the concept, design, and rollout of the new loyalty app : defining core features, customer journeys, and engagement mechanisms. Working closely with product teams, you’ll ensure a seamless connection between online and in‑store experiences while serving as the app owner responsible for customer loyalty.
Analytics and Customer Insights : Define the data and analytics framework and leverage insights to power personalization, loyalty mechanisms, and measurable business outcomes. Use feedback, behavioral data, and market trends to evolve the program beyond discounts into an experience‑and brand‑driven loyalty ecosystem.
Leadership and Program Management : Lead and inspire a cross‑functional team to achieve program KPIs and establish clear ownership across all channels. As the internal ambassador for loyalty, you foster alignment and engagement throughout the organization. Integrate loyalty into retail media initiatives and collaborate with brand partners to develop offers that maximize customer value and monetization. Coordinate with CRM, Product, Digital, Retail, and Data teams to create a truly integrated omnichannel loyalty experience.
