Your Role

As (Senior) Finance Manager - Financial Planning & Analysis, you will play a key role in shaping the company's financial and operational strategies. Your responsibilities will cover a wide range of functions that are crucial to the success and growth of envelio.

How You Make an Impact

• You drive envelio's business development by identifying growth and efficiency potential and transforming financial insights into strategic added value.
• You will be responsible for business planning, including forecasts within the fiscal year, annual budgeting, and long-term financial planning.
• You will draw conclusions for investor relations and the equity story from financial and operational insights.
• You will create business plans and scenario analyses for strategic initiatives and special projects.
• You will develop and improve management reporting and present actionable insights to senior management.
• You will work closely with the finance team and cross-functional stakeholders throughout the company.
• You will establish and continuously improve planning, reporting, and forecasting structures.
• You will support the further development of financial KPIs and reporting frameworks.

Your Profile

• You have several years of professional experience in finance/controlling/FP&A, ideally in a dynamic environment (e.g., scale-up, technology company, or consulting).
• You have strong business acumen and understand how finance and operations add value to the company.
• You have the ability to balance strategic and operational tasks, with practical experience in financial modeling and performance management.
• You have excellent Excel skills (modeling, scenario analysis, dashboards); knowledge of Airtable or similar tools is also an advantage.
• You think analytically and data-driven and make informed, evidence-based decisions and recommendations.
• You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and are able to inspire and engage stakeholders at all levels.
• Business fluent German and English, both written and spoken.
