Job Summary

The AI Technology Lead will drive the growth of AI utilization by integrating AI mindset and tooling into the company's traditional workflows. This role will spearhead evolutionary growth and lead the integration of AI-driven functions into existing product lines.

Primary Responsibilities

• Lead the dissemination of AI knowledge through training, workshops, and hackathons.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for leveraging AI solutions.
• Identify new AI tools that would benefit the organization; Work with the team to implement these new AI tools
• Drive the augmentation of AI into business processes.
• Champion the growth of AI knowledge within teams and business units.
• Contribute to the implementation of AI best practices in various functional teams.
• Mentor and guide BU leadership in AI technologies and methods.
• Foster culture shifts towards AI adoption and build synergies between business units.
• Stay abreast of the latest AI trends and technologies.
• Ensure data privacy and cyber security and implement measures to secure sensitive information.

Requirements

Required Experience, Education, Skills and Competencies

• Extensive experience in AI ecosystems, with a requirement for Microsoft ecosystem & technologies
• Ideally profound experience in product development
• Strong leadership & resilience, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Hands‑on experience building dedicated agents / LLMs
• Ability to think critically and creatively to develop AI solutions that provide business value
• CTO experience in a start‑up environment would be ideal
• A bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or a related field (a master's degree is preferred).
• Fluent English is a must, German would be a plus
